We recommend applying at least 2 days before your departure to Thailand. This allows time for any corrections or follow-up if needed.

If you’ve already submitted your arrival card and have now realized you made a mistake, contact our team as soon as possible at info@etacard.com.

If your travel dates have changed, contact our team at info@etacard.com. We’ll help you update your information or advise if a new application is required.

Your TDAC is valid for one entry only. You’ll need to complete a new application each time you travel to Thailand.
